we love, live, work, and are seen by others. Aligning who you are on the inside with how you show up in the world, supports growth that is grounded, authentic, and sustainable. Growth happens at key moments—when awareness deepens, support is present, and new choices become possible.
My Services
Services may be used separately or together, depending on needs.
- Leadership Coaching focuses on developing effective, emotionally intelligent leaders who understand their impact on company culture. Working together, we strengthen interpersonal capacity and prepare leaders for broader responsibilities.
- Visibility is an important aspect for some leaders, depending on their role. Visibility supports how you express who you are externally. This happens through purpose-driven writing, social media presence, executive communications, and speaking engagement prep.
- Psychotherapy focuses on emotional well-being, relationships, decision-making, mood stability, substance use issues, and life transitions.

With experience as a leadership coach, strategic communications advisor, and licensed therapist, I bring a uniquely integrated perspective to each engagement. Depending on the client’s goals, our work may focus on one area or draw from all three—connecting personal insight, professional effectiveness, and clear, authentic communication.
My approach is collaborative, confidential, and highly individualized. Together, we build on strengths, clarify values, deepen awareness, challenge unhelpful patterns, and develop practical strategies that support meaningful growth across the areas of life that matter most.
