I believe there is no real divide between our personal and professional selves. The same patterns, values, and challenges shape how we love, live, work, and are viewed by others.
Growth happens at key moments—when awareness deepens, support is present, and new choices become possible. By integrating psychotherapy, coaching, and visibility, I help people align who they are on the inside with how they show up in the world, supporting growth that is grounded, authentic, and sustainable.
One-on-one sessions provide a flexible space for growth, drawing from psychotherapy and coaching, depending on your needs. Sessions may focus on emotional well-being, relationships, decision-making, leadership challenges, or life transitions—always guided by what will be most helpful in the moment. Assessments may be part of the session as they offer structured insight into patterns, strengths, and areas for development.
Visibility supports how you express and share who you are externally. This includes developing thought leadership through writing, refining professional presence, supporting executive and board communications, and preparing for speaking or media engagements—so how you show up aligns with who you are.
My work is grounded in a strength-based, cognitive-behavioral approach, with an emphasis on understanding how patterns of thinking, feeling, and behavior shape how you experience your life and show up in the world. I focus on building insight, resilience, and effective action that supports meaningful, sustainable change.
I offer unconditional positive regard and a commitment to creating a safe, respectful space for exploration. Together, we identify existing strengths, skills, and values and through integrated psychotherapy and coaching, work collaboratively to increase awareness, challenge unhelpful patterns, and develop strategies that support whole-person growth across life contexts.

I offer a supportive, thoughtful space grounded in unconditional positive regard, where exploration, growth, and meaningful change can unfold safely. My work is designed to support the whole person—recognizing that who you are at work, at home, and in the world is deeply connected. Together, we focus on creating conditions that allow you to live and lead in ways that are aligned with your values and support a sustainable, meaningful life.
Our sessions are collaborative and individualized, shaped by your unique goals, challenges, and strengths. There are no “right” or “wrong” ways to be—only patterns that move you toward what matters and those that don’t. We’ll approach the work with curiosity, practicality, and often humor, building insight, confidence, and grounded self-awareness along the way. You are the expert on your own experience; my role is to support, challenge, and catalyze growth—so the best of you can show up, everywhere.
